Welcome to Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene's Service Station Children's Ministries. Children are a vital part of the life and fellowship of our church. Jesus teaches us that children are very close to the heart of God.

By including children in the life of the church we not only minister to the children but also to the church at large. Children matter to God.

Today's world places many demands and challenges on parents. We support and partner with parents to facilitate God's design for the family, as we all learn to "Serve God and Serve Others."

Check-In   Your child's security is of utmost importance to us. Children are checked in and out at the Children's Welcome Center, located upstairs, outside the Westside Room. Each child's name and picture will be kept in our security database, and linked to pictures of the adults authorized to check them in and out. Each time your child is checked in or out of our children's department, the time/date is recorded. Before leaving the children's department, your child must be checked out through the computer.

Family First Sunday   is the first Sunday morning of every month, when families are encouraged to participate in corporate worship as a family unit. A separate Children's Church is offered for kids, grades 1 through 4, and Kinderchurch for ages 3 through Kindergarten for the remaining Sundays of the month. The nursery is always available. Parents can look forward to the first Sunday of the month as a time to model worship for and with their kids.
