Brad Estep
Brad came to KC First in 2008 after pastoring churches in Florida and Virginia for more than 14 years.
Pastor Estep graduated from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma with a B.A. and an M.A. in
Religion. He's a graduate of Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div. '91) and holds Th.M. and Ph.D. degrees from Union
Theological Seminary in Virginia.
Brad has been married to Dawn for 20+ years; they have two children. Christopher loves to read and
is a writer. Katherine plays piano and loves her dog, Baxter.
In his free time, you'll find Brad reading, playing golf, or spending time with family.

Neil MacPherson
Neil has served as Senior Associate pastor at Kansas City First Church since September, 1994. He previously
served as Senior Pastor for 37 years in churches in Connecticut, Kansas, Missouri, and Maryland.
Neil holds a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts, as well
as a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.
His current responsibilities include pastoral care, supervision of adult ministries - including Prime Time
Ministries for persons over 55 - and membership preparation.
His wife, Charlotte, is the Computer Lab teacher at Fire Prairie Middle School in the Fort Osage School
District. Neil has two adult sons: Tom of Kansas City, Missouri and Paul, a pastor in Elmira, New York, as well as three
grandsons.
He enjoys music, reading, antique cars and games.

Roger Allen
Roger became a part of this congregation as a child in 1980 and has the unique privilege of now serving
in his home church. He has been the Music and Worship Arts Pastor at KC First Church since June, 2002.
Roger and his wife, Joy, met in college while both were pursuing degrees in music. After receiving a Bachelor
of Arts in Music Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University, Roger went on to complete a Masters of Education at MNU,
as well.
Prior to coming to KC First Church, Roger taught music for ten years in the public school systems of Missouri
and Kansas. In the summer of 2001, God called him into ministry in the local church. Roger has a deep passion for using the
creative arts to help people connect with God and each other.
The Allens have three children: Kaleigh, Emma and Camdanh.

Jay Wilson
Jay, a native of Maine, joined the KCFC staff as Pastor to Elementary-Age Children in 2010. He is a student at Nazarene Theological
Seminary, and plans to graduate in May of 2011. His picture is frequently used in NTS publicity materials.
Jay and his wife, Kelly are alumni of Eastern Nazarene College, where they met. They are the parents of a cat with a very odd name.

Curtis Lillie
Curtis served 6 and a half years as the youth pastor at Discovery Church in Livermore California before coming to Kansas City
to finish seminary at Nazarene Theological Seminary. He's also spent most of his Christian-life serving Young Life in various forms.
Curtis met his wife, Jane, while serving as a youth ministry intern in Enumclaw Washington. Jane was teaching French at the local high
school and serving with a local para-church organization that partnered with Curtis' ministry. Jane is originally from Gresham Oregon.
Curtis and Jane dated for 8 months, got engaged and moved to California, enjoyed 8 months of engagement, and have now been married
6 years.
With a few years of marriage under their belt, Curtis and Jane welcomed Rebekah into the family.

Roger Hahn
Roger has served as a part-time Teaching Pastor at KC First Church since April, 1996.
His full-time job is at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri where he is Dean of the
Faculty and Professor of New Testament. He is also a frequent contributor to denominational publications, especially in the
area of Adult Sunday School resources.
Roger met and married his wife, Dorothy, while a student at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma
where he earned a Bachelors degree in Math Education and a Masters degree in Bible. He also earned the Master of Divinity
degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in New Testament studies from Duke University.
He has both the gifts and passion for teaching the Scriptures.
Roger and Dorothy live in Olathe, Kansas, with their three sons: Jonathan, Matthew and Timothy.
