Praise Sounds Orchestra

Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene offers a variety of opportunities for instrumentalists to develop and use their talents for the glory of God.

Among the ministry opportunities for instrumentalists at First Church is the Praise Sounds Orchestra which enhances the worship experience each week in the 10:45 a.m. Worship Service.  Members of this group meet at 9:45 a.m. in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings prior to the morning service to rehearse.  Strong instrumental background and good sight-reading skills are vital for members of this ensemble.   

From time to time, special musical productions call for the addition of brass players and other instrumentalists who are involved in different ministries during the regular services.
